The Barn is a luxury holiday home sleeping 8 set in Perthshire

On arriving at the Barn you will drive into a private parking area, where there is room for four cars. There is a covered walkway from the parking area to the front door plus a heated boot and drying room. On entering the Barn there is a porch with ample room for jackets and shoes as well as a WC.

The porch leads directly into the main living area, which offers flexible zones for relaxing, dining, cooking, and watching TV. There are floor to ceiling windows at each end as well as large, double patio doors leading out to a paved area with table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining.

The dining area will comfortably seat eight and the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as microwave, fan oven, toaster, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher as well as dishes, pots, glasses and cutlery to please even the most ambitious of cooks. Directly off the living area is a utility room, with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are three large for relaxing, listening to music or watching TV. The television, DVD/CD player offer surround sound. There is also a second seating area suitable for looking at the views, reading a good book or having a chat. This area also gives access to a second paved patio.

Upstairs there are four generous bedrooms, one with an en-suite and a further separate bathroom. The upstairs hall has a unique feature of continuous windows along one combed area adding unique light and perspective.

Both double rooms have king size beds; feature bay windows offering stunning views, and antique pine furniture. One room has access to a balcony with plenty of room for table and chairs.
